Rental Quality Assurance Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a Rental Quality Assurance Representative to join our high-energy team at Avis Budget Group. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting our vehicles to ensure they meet our quality standards for our customers. You will also assist customers with excellent service and coordinate car movements around our airport lots.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles to ensure customer quality assurance standards are met.
• Enter vehicle status and information using a mobile handheld device.
• Assist customers with a high level of service.
• Coordinate the movement of cars around airport lots.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.
• Ability to work outdoors and flexibility in shifts.
• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
