Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Rental Sales Agent to join our team at Avis Budget Group. As a Rental Sales Agent, you will be responsible for interacting with customers at our airport rental counters, processing contracts, identifying customer needs, and upselling products and services to enhance their travel experience. If you are passionate about sales, customer service, and want to maximize your earnings in a dynamic environment, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Rent cars and sell products/services at airport rental counters.
• Process contracts efficiently and accurately.
• Listen to customer needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Upsell products/services to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.
• Professional and engaging personality.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• 6 months real estate or retail sales experience is a bonus.
