Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Courtesy Bus Driver with a CDL license to join our team at Avis Budget Group. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting customers between the airport terminal and the rental car facility, providing exceptional customer service along the way.
Responsibilities
- Transport customers to and from designated locations.
- Assist customers with loading and unloading belongings onto and off the bus.
- Communicate important information to customers during the journey.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the transportation process.
Requirements
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL with airbrakes or passenger endorsement (requirements vary by location).
- Prior driving experience.
- Ability to acquire DOT medical clearance.
- Flexibility to work different shifts.
- Must meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Minimum age of 21 and authorization to work in the U.S.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
