Responsibilities
- Receive admissions and transfers to the unit
- Conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation
- Interpret assessments, diagnostic data, labs, and telemetry
- Promote continuous quality improvement
- Respond to life-saving situations following nursing standards
- Act as a patient advocate providing education and support
- Demonstrate excellence in customer service and public relations
Credentials Required
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in LTC/SNF setting
- Active RN license in FL
- Current CPR/BLS certification, Physical and TB/PPD
- Verifiable work history and professional references
