Join Liberty Healthcare Management as a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) in a part-time, day role. Take on a rewarding opportunity to assure the best patient care possible by supervising the facility and directing the nursing staff during the shift. Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to oversee and supervise the Nursing Services Department, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff during the shift to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Assist the Director of Nursing in coordinating and directing the Nursing Services Department.
• Manage acute episodes by supervising and assisting nurses with patients.
• Address employee issues promptly and document actions taken.
• Participate in on-call responsibilities and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High school graduate with a Registered Nurse license from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current, valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
• CPR certification and a genuine interest in geriatric nursing.
• Ability to supervise nursing staff effectively and ensure timely completion of work.
• Familiarity with and adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Long-term care experience is preferred.
