Job Description
Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse looking for a fulfilling opportunity in the healthcare sector? Join Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services as a Part-Time Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) from 7 am to 7 pm. In this role, you will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients, supervising the nursing team, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and facility procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assure quality nursing care by following physician's orders and regulations.
- Administer medications as prescribed and in accordance with facility policies.
- Lead, guide, and supervise nursing assistants and orderlies.
- Assist physicians with rounds and patient care.
- Perform treatments, maintain infection control, and adhere to cleanliness regulations.
- Assist with research on nursing care quality and patient assessments.
Requirements
- Graduated Registered Nurse from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- Genuine interest and experience in geriatric nursing.
- CPR certification.
- Ability to make critical nursing decisions with patient safety in mind.
