Registered Nurse (RN)

Per Diem, Days - (7am - 7pm)

Join Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services as a Registered Nurse and play a vital role in providing quality nursing care to patients. In this position, you will administer medications, lead nursing assistants, assist physicians with rounds, and ensure compliance with regulations and infection control measures. Additionally, you will be responsible for patient care, documentation, and maintaining quality nursing standards.

Responsibilities

• Assure quality nursing care following physician's orders and facility policies.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered.
• Lead, guide, and supervise nursing assistants.
• Assist physicians with rounds and patient care.
• Maintain infection control measures and cleanliness standards.
• Assist in research related to nursing care quality.
• Document patient data, orders, and assessments accurately.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with a valid RN license.
• CPR certification and adherence to North Carolina Board of Nursing requirements.
• Experience in geriatric nursing and quality patient care.
• Ability to make sound nursing decisions and supervise nursing assistants effectively.
• Dependable, flexible, and collaborative attitude towards team members and patients.
