Job Description
St. Davids Center is seeking a dedicated Pre-Licensed Therapist to join our team. Our Preschool Aged Day Treatment program offers day treatment and mental health outpatient services to families. As a Pre-Licensed Therapist, you will provide individual and family psychotherapy sessions, support daily operations, and coordinate care for families both in-center and via telehealth. This position includes clinical supervision and reports to the Preschool Aged Day Treatment Program Supervisor.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary: $59,760 - $66,050 per year, depending on qualifications.

- Sign-on bonus: $1,500 ($250 at hire, $250 at 6 months, and $1,000 at 1 year) for external applicants only.
Job Qualifications
- Master's degree in the mental health field, eligible for clinical supervision toward licensure (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT).
- Compliance with board certification requirements for mental health professionals.
