Job Description
Great Strides Holdco Inc., a subsidiary of H2 Health, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist to join the team at Great Strides Rehabilitation in Jacksonville, FL. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work with children of varying diagnoses, with a focus on Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental conditions, to provide high-quality and comprehensive care. This is an excellent opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Provide pediatric physical therapy services to children with diverse needs.
- Work collaboratively with Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and other professionals to deliver coordinated care.
- Participate in mentorship opportunities and professional development programs.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited PT program.
- Active license to practice Physical Therapy in Florida.
- Prior experience preferred but new graduates and those new to pediatrics are welcome.
