Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As an integral part of our National Services & divisional offices, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our network of stores and warehouses. This position offers a starting wage of $23.75 per hour and the opportunity to participate in our Hybrid Work Program, allowing for remote work up to 2 days per week.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Communicate relevant information for Director Operations and District Managers.
• Create reports for management decision-making.
• Resolve operational customer complaints efficiently.
• Provide office support and assist in ordering supplies.
• Maintain a well-organized filing system.
• Identify and report irregularities within your area of responsibility.
• Conduct training and act as a backup assistant when needed.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma/GED required with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. An Associate's Degree in Business or related field is preferred.

Physical Requirements

Work may be performed in an office or remote setting, involving sitting, standing, and occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.

Travel

Minimal travel may be required for training and administrative tasks.
