Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients in compliance with established standards and protocols. This full-time position requires a weekend commitment with day and night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on individual needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical competency and a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications required.

The newly designed Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center features advanced technology and amenities to enhance emergency care, including private treatment rooms, negative pressure rooms, and a behavioral health treatment pod.
