Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will provide nursing care to patients in compliance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational protocols. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality care and maintain a safe patient environment. This is a full-time position with day and night shifts, including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other disciplines.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.
- Create a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- Certifications: BLS required, ACLS within 6 months of hire, PALS and Hazmat within one year of hire. Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
