Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with both day and night shifts, including weekends. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will provide nursing care to patients following established protocols and guidelines. Collaborating with various healthcare professionals, you will assess patients' needs, develop care plans, and ensure a safe patient environment. The ideal candidate should be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, possess current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State, and have a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services or 3-5 years in acute care.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years Nursing Experience in Emergency Services or 3-5 years in acute care preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing Preferred.

The new Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center is equipped with advanced technology and amenities to provide quality emergency care. With spacious private treatment rooms, a dedicated providers' station, negative pressure rooms, and a behavioral health treatment pod, the department ensures a personalized approach to patient care. Additionally, the department houses a CT Scanner for early diagnosis of critical conditions.
