Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD, at Grace Medical Center. This full-time position requires a weekend commitment with day and night shifts and varying hours. As a staff nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients, develop care plans, assess patient needs, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver quality care. Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational protocols.
- Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise care plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical competency and ensure a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services nursing experience or 3-5 years of acute care experience preferred.
- BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, Hazmat certification preferred.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
- Completion of orientation according to policy/procedures.
