Job Description

We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD, at Grace Medical Center. This full-time position requires a weekend commitment with day and night shifts and varying hours. As a staff nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients, develop care plans, assess patient needs, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver quality care. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational protocols.
  • Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise care plans based on patient needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care delivery.
  • Maintain clinical competency and ensure a safe patient care environment.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State.
  • Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services nursing experience or 3-5 years of acute care experience preferred.
  • BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, Hazmat certification preferred.
  • Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
  • Completion of orientation according to policy/procedures.
