Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Medication Technician to join our team at Three Rivers Health and Rehabilitation Center, a part of Liberty Healthcare Management. As a Medication Technician, you will play a crucial role in administering medications, ensuring the well-being of our residents, and maintaining a high standard of care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication following prescribed guidelines and procedures.
• Perform vital sign measurements and other medical procedures as needed.
• Document medication administration and any observations accurately.
• Comply with facility policies and procedures to ensure resident safety and well-being.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.

Requirements

• Registered on the NAI registry with a clear record of abuse or neglect allegations.
• Completion of a state-approved training program and orientation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
