LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE - BERMUDA COMMONS

Job Description

Liberty Healthcare Management is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Bermuda Commons. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing nursing services for the unit in accordance with the Nursing Practice Act.
• Delegate duties to nursing personnel and ensure work performance is monitored.
• Observe and assess patients for any symptoms of adverse changes.
• Notify attending physicians of emergencies and implement necessary changes in orders.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

• High school graduate with a valid Licensed Practical Nurse license from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Hold a current and valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Willingness to work as charge nurses and provide quality nursing care to patients.
• CPR certification is required annually.
• Attend in-service training and staff meetings as necessary.
