Job Description
Join Liberty Healthcare Management as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for evening shifts on a per diem basis (3pm - 11pm). As an LPN, you will assist in directing nursing services, delegate duties, observe patients for symptoms, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Responsibilities
- Assist in directing nursing services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Delegate duties to nursing personnel and monitor work performance.
- Observe patients for symptoms and reactions, escalating issues as needed.
- Notify physicians of emergencies and implement order changes.
Requirements
- High school graduate.
- Graduated Licensed Practical Nurse with a valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- Willingness to work as charge nurses during emergencies.
- Ability to provide quality nursing care and follow doctors' orders.
- CPR certification and commitment to ongoing training.
