Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services. As an LPN, you will assist in the direction of nursing services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, ensuring the provision of high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in directing nursing services for the unit/hall in accordance with the Nursing Practice Act.
  • Delegate duties to nursing personnel and monitor work performance.
  • Observe patients for symptoms, reactions, and changes in condition.
  • Notify attending physicians of emergencies and implement changes in orders.

Requirements

  • High school graduate.
  • Graduated Licensed Practical Nurse from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current, valid state nursing license and CPR certification.
  • Willingness to work as charge nurses and provide quality nursing care to patients.
  • Attend in-service training and staff meetings as required.
