Job Description

Talent Up Recruiting, LLC is looking for a dedicated Kitchen Manager to oversee daily operations at our establishment in Appleton, Wisconsin. As the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily restaurant operations and employee shifts.
• Determine food production levels and ensure proper staffing.
• Deliver exceptional service, maintain a clean and safe environment, and ensure high food quality.
• Manage food orders, inventory, and employee training.
• Focus on sales growth, cost management, and restaurant profitability.
• Create a positive work environment while ensuring productivity.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks.

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including weekends (5-day work week with no late nights).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Food Safety/Serve Safe certification is a plus.
