Generator Field Service Technician Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Performing maintenance and repairs on standby generator systems ranging from 8kW-1mW.
• Troubleshooting, diagnostic testing, load-bank testing, and start-ups on generators.
• Preparing accurate repair quotes and completing work orders.
• Prior experience with residential or industrial generators.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Availability for on-call rotation and ability to provide own tools.
• Emphasis on safety with OSHA 10 certification and valid DOT card and driver's license.
