Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Enhance customer shopping experience by demonstrating exceptional customer service and collaboration.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred.
