Job Description
We are seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Your responsibilities also include collaborating with team members, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store's overall appearance meets company standards.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) expected for the role.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team and store management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and follow cash handling policies.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Adherence to company policies and procedures with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, organization, and ability to work independently or in a team.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Prior retail work experience is a plus.
- Knowledge and experience equivalent to a combination of education and work experience.
