Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join Aldi's team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the store, including supervising activities, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules, and developing action plans to support growth and team development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.
- Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to team members effectively.
- Identify and provide training opportunities to enhance team performance.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in retail.
