Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Dispatcher to join our team at RICH TRANSPORT LLC. The Dispatcher will be responsible for managing dispatch calls, ensuring accurate data entry, monitoring driver schedules, and maintaining communication with various departments to ensure timely deliveries. Responsibilities

• Enter Bill of Lading details, ETAs, PTAs, and trailer numbers on a daily basis.
• Communicate promptly with load planners and management regarding any delays.
• Monitor driver activities and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Perform daily check calls on drivers and assist colleagues with similar tasks.
• Support Load Planners/Coordinators when required.
• Maintain accurate records and complete reports as requested.

Requirements

• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain effective communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Familiarity with the McLeod database and Manifest building.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
