Customer Exit Representative

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Exit Representative to join the Avis Budget Group team. As a Customer Exit Representative, your responsibilities will include assisting customers at our airport rental locations during the exit process. This involves tasks such as checking driver's licenses, rental agreements, vehicle inspections, data entry, and offering additional services, all while delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Basic computer skills
• Effective verbal communication
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Minimum of 6 months retail customer service experience preferred
