Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/Caregiver to join our team at Charter Senior Living of Hazel Crest. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our residents in the Assisted Living and/or Memory Care Program(s). Your responsibilities will include assisting residents with their daily activities, ensuring their well-being, and promoting a high quality of life with dignity.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide emotional and social support to residents.
- Document daily assistance provided and report any concerns to the supervisor.
- Maintain a safe and positive environment for residents.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), STNA, GNA, CHHA, or relevant caregiver training/certifications.
- CPR/First Aid Certification may be required.
- Experience with elderly or memory-impaired adults preferred.
