As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being of our residents by providing compassionate care and assistance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Charter Senior Living Mission and Core Values.
• Assist residents with daily activities such as medication reminders, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily assistance provided and report any concerns to the supervisor.
• Ensure residents' independence, dignity, and confidentiality are respected.
• Be familiar with emergency procedures and equipment.
• Participate in training sessions and staff meetings.
• Maintain a safe working environment and follow all company policies.

Requirements

• Experience or willingness to work with the elderly.
• Strong communication skills and empathy.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Capability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/First Aid Certification may be required.
• Background check clearance is mandatory.
