Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing store activities, ensuring operational excellence, training and developing the team, and maintaining a high level of customer service. As an integral member of the management team, you will contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations.
  • Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for team members.
  • Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
  • Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback on product strategies.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring customer service excellence.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock levels.

Requirements

  • 18 years or older to be employed at Aldi.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in retail and management preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
