Responsibilities

  • Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
  • Enforce compliance with employment policies, ensure restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
  • Provide Front of House training and manage employee performance.
  • Control liquor orders, costs, and enforce liquor laws.
  • Develop Key Hourly employees, Assistant Managers, and Hourly employees.
  • Review applications, conduct interviews, and hire Front of House staff.
  • Create a fun, safe environment following core values and operational goals.
  • Practice safe food handling procedures.
