Job Description

Genesis Healthcare is looking for a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver efficient and effective nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN). As an LPN, you will play a key role in assessing patients, administering treatments, and ensuring positive clinical outcomes.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to care planning and nursing assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
