Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and team members in a friendly manner.
• Follow Smokey Mo's processes accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Be flexible with work schedules and hours based on the restaurant's needs.

Requirements

General Duties for Team Members (but not limited to):

• Obtain a food handlers' permit.
• For cashiers, obtain a TABC certification.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours, multitask, lift heavy objects, and follow instructions accurately.
• Have effective hearing for clear communication.
