Job Description

As a Team Leader at Store 3087 of Jack in the Box, you will be the operational supervisor responsible for training and leading team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Your role will involve ensuring high-quality food, meeting guest expectations, and maintaining compliance with JIB procedures and standards.

Qualifications

• 6 months of JIB experience with full certification in all workstations, or 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old and complete Team Leader training classes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work well with diverse groups, and basic math proficiency.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift weight, and operate cash registers.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for a significant portion of the shift, lift and carry moderate weight, and operate restaurant equipment.
