Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Front Desk Supervisor to join the Hilton Garden Inn Greenbelt team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate should have previous Hotel experience and a minimum of 1 year of relevant Supervisory experience. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction by supervising the front desk team, providing accurate information and services to guests, and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure outstanding customer care and maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Supervise daily shift processes and uphold standard operating procedures.
  • Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Train and direct front desk team members, addressing issues and providing guidance.
  • Coordinate with other departments to enhance guest experience and resolve any conflicts.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Front Desk Representative or Cashier.
  • Supervisory experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Evaluation Criteria

The evaluation will be based on the quality and quantity of work performed, attendance records, guest relations, compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and initiative.
