Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI, where you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive exceptional service. As a valued team member, you will collaborate with colleagues, handle transactions, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandising displays neatly.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers efficiently.
• Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
