In this role, you will collaborate with divisional real estate teams to evaluate construction bids and ensure alignment with project scopes and regional cost trends. Responsibilities

• Work with Construction Managers to negotiate with contractors.
• Provide pricing data and analysis to divisional teams.
• Review construction documents and proposals for cost-saving opportunities.
• Conduct market pricing reviews and forecasts for critical trades.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction Estimating.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction cost analysis software.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
