We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and collaborating with your team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
