Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting the overall operations. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies to ensure accuracy and security.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
