Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, supporting customer service, and collaborating with our team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately and neatly.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and participating in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to ensure minimal losses.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and various equipment.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
