Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join Aldi’s team. As a Store Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's success through various tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves and ensure merchandise displays are orderly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Communicate clearly with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback to improve product offerings and store operations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
