SOCIAL WORKER PRN

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Social Worker to join our team on a PRN (as needed) basis at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. The selected candidate will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, residents, and their families, addressing various challenges related to institutional living, financial concerns, family dynamics, medical procedures, aging, discharge planning, and end-of-life counseling.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments.
• Address common problems related to patient and resident care.
• Offer counseling on adjustment, financial issues, family dynamics, and end-of-life support.
• Develop discharge plans and coordinate services for patients and their families.

Requirements

• Basic professional knowledge with a Bachelor's degree.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
