Job Description
We are looking for a diligent SOCIAL WORKER PRN to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a member of the Allied Health team at Levindale Hospital, your role involves providing clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and families. You will address various common issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and counseling related to death and dying.
Requirements
- Basic professional knowledge with a Bachelor's degree.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
