Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated PRN Social Worker to provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and families at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. The ideal candidate will address various common problems affecting individuals and families, such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, aging-related changes, discharge planning, and counseling related to death and dying.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and families.
- Address common problems such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, aging-related changes, discharge planning, and counseling related to death and dying.
Requirements
- Basic professional knowledge with a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge in a specialized field.
- 1-3 years of experience.
- LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
