Site Director-PIV

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Site Director-PIV to lead our student programs effectively at our Job Corps Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administration of the center, ensuring goals are met, maintaining data integrity, and fostering community relationships.

Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee assigned components of the Job Corps Center.
• Ensure the center meets established goals and objectives, maintains data integrity, and complies with reporting requirements.
• Build relationships with community leaders, employers, and organizations.
• Conduct staff meetings, training sessions, and departmental budget management.
• Prepare reports for the Department of Labor and CSD and ensure compliance with policies.
• Lead and inspire staff, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee student safety and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with three years of program management experience in Job Corps or similar training programs.
• Experience working with youth and creating an environment focused on student retention and placement.
• Knowledge of education, training, and residential living environments for young adults.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to establish rapport, and relate effectively with students and staff.
