Safety Officer-SPR

Job Description

We are looking for a Safety Officer to join Career Systems Development Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment for students and staff according to Job Corps regulations, OSHA Standards, and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive safety plans in compliance with regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment, providing necessary training and documentation.
• Analyze injuries and incidents to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for emergency drills and safety measures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of security, fire prevention, safety procedures, and OSHA requirements.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse groups, including youth.
• CPR/First Aid certification and a valid driver's license.
