RN - Kettering - Acute Care Neuroscience - FT/Nights

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Acute Care Neuroscience team on a full-time night shift basis at Kettering Health Network in Kettering, Ohio. A sign-on bonus of up to $45,000 is available for eligible applicants. Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide care to patients in collaboration with other health care providers.
• Be accountable for professional development and practice within the legal scope of care.
• Act as a patient advocate, ensuring the delivery of safe care and participating in performance improvement activities.
• Reflect the organization's mission, vision, and values in the delivery of nursing care.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in Ohio.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with a preference for a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Current BLS certification; additional certifications may be required based on unit scope of practice.
• A refresher course may be required for nurses returning to acute care after an extended absence.
