Job Description

Reports To: Assistant General Manager/Food and Beverage Director

Supervises: F & B Outlet Supervisor, F&B Outlet Associates

Job Purpose: To manage the restaurant's operation, maintaining established cost and quality standards to ensure superior service and maximize profits.

Responsibilities

  • Develop financial and operational plans supporting company objectives.
  • Prepare the annual budget.
  • Monitor restaurant performance through customer satisfaction systems and financial reports.
  • Maintain product and service quality standards.
  • Implement sales/marketing programs.
  • Maintain proactive human resource function.
  • Establish preventative maintenance programs.
  • Maintain security function.
  • Implement effective communication systems.
  • Develop programs enhancing customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Read and interpret business records and statistical reports.
  • Use mathematical skills to interpret financial information.
  • Analyze and interpret policies.
  • Adapt to changing activities and interruptions.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Management, Business or related field.

Experience: 2 years dining room supervisor experience, 1 year cashier experience, 2 years waiter exp., 1 year direct sales or retail trade exp.; OR equivalent.

Licenses/Certifications: TIPS certification and Food Safety certification.

Additional Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 per year.
