Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Relationship Banker - Tier I to join our team at Community Financial Services Bank. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, assisting clients with their banking needs, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and provide excellent service.
- Assist clients with banking transactions and explain products and services.
- Process teller transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Establish client relationships and assess their needs.
- Issue debit cards and handle night deposit bags.
- Manage currency, coin, and cash vault operations.
- Comply with CFSB policies and procedures.
- Participate in training programs and orientation sessions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a customer service or banking role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing.
