As the Care Team Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of clinical services, providing direct patient care, and managing high-risk patients.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate expertise in infection control practices and age-appropriate pediatric care.
• Assess and address the physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs of patients and families.
• Provide urgent triage care, administer medications and vaccines, and perform procedures efficiently.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals, families, and external organizations to optimize patient care.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in pediatric-focused continuing education and training.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficient in EMR systems, Microsoft Office, and email communication.
• Current license to practice nursing in Massachusetts as an RN or LPN with BLS certification.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a care team.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and adherence to professional nursing standards.
