As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients in collaboration with other healthcare providers. Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients using the nursing process and in coordination with healthcare team members.
• Be accountable for professional development and practice within legal care scope.
• Act as a patient advocate, ensuring the delivery of safe care, including delegation and participation in improvement activities.
• Reflect the organization's missions, vision, and values in the delivery of nursing care.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio Registered Nurse license.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing school, with a preference for a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Completion of BLS certification; ACLS, NRP, PALS may be required based on unit practice.
• Returning nurses may need to provide proof of completing a refresher course.
