Job Description
We are looking for Operating Room/Endoscopy Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team at Goshen Health. As part of our state-of-the-art surgical suites, you will play a crucial role in delivering professional nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Perform circulating functions and manage overall nursing care during procedures.
- Assist physicians during surgical and endoscopy tasks.
- Prepare procedure rooms, instruments, and equipment.
Requirements & Minimum Qualifications:
- Two or more years of experience as an RN in the Operating Room or Endoscopy.
- Nursing degree from an accredited program.
- RN licensure from the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency.
- Flexibility for on-call shifts on a rotating schedule.
Note: Colleagues with an associate degree must enroll in a BSN program within 12 months of hire. Exemptions apply for experienced candidates with over ten years in the field.
